Holly Woodlawn COLOR 1970

This is an exquisite color print made from the original Kodachrome transparency from Jack Mitchell’s October 1970 session of Holly Woodlawn at home in her Greenwich Village apartment. She is seated on her bed posing leaning against a wall spray painted silver with the stencil of her name partially visible behind her.

This is a 13 x 19” archival color print on acid free Canon Pro Platinum paper with pigment ink rated as lasting 100 years when stored under archival conditions. It is individually numbered #/50 (from of an estate edition limited to 50) and bears the estate embossed stamp on the lower left corner. Shipping is free to customers in the USA.

The sale of this edition will benefit the Holly Woodlawn Memorial Fund for Transgender Youth at the Los Angeles LGBT Center.
